Job Overview
Part-time position available to provide clinical and administrative support to our Behavioral Health team.
Duties include: returning patient phone calls; scheduling & confirming patient appointments; verifying patient demographics; administer Behavioral Health screeners; streamline and support referrals; assist in tracking patient outcomes; provide support for proper billing and coding; perform other tasks, as assigned to assist Behavioral Health team.
Applicant must have good oral and written communication skills; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills; ability to set priorities and problem solve efficiently and effectively; demonstrate and maintain confidentiality; comfortable with technology with strong PC skills; have a comprehensive understanding of clinical care.
This position works a schedule of Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Include flexibility to attend occasional 1 hour meetings outside these work hours.
Must have A.A. degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other related field. Substitutions will be made for two (2) years of experience providing support in Social Work or Mental Health related field.
